Temperature gauge
Having owned my Charbroil Performance Grill for the last 8 years I have always taken care to clean it after each use and it has always produced great results.
I was dismayed earlier this Spring when I carelessly damaged one of the 3 temperature gauges on the front panel and although this didn’t impair the performance of the grill to any great extent I decided to visit the Charbroil website to see if a replacement part coul be obtained.
I was therefore delighted to find the part still in stock and at a very reasonable price, I ordered one and within a short time it was delivered and was easily fitted by myself so the grill is back to its best and I am once again a happy Charbroil grillman, thanks to all at Charbroil.

Had my gas to coal grill which I love, but the spark igniter has gone bad, I have enjoyed this particular grill for just under a year, age, it’s hard to believe that something like that would go bad when less than a year on the grill usage hoping charbroil grill UK can help me out with a replacement part for free guaranteed for two years from what I’m reading

Great product, good service
I love my portable Charbroil. After one and half years of operation, I decided to renew the grill plate.
The new grill plate came in a couple of days from Charbroil direct in a couple of days.

Renewed Grills x3
Bought these recently following issues with my previous ones rusting. I decided on renewing the grills rather than buying a new bbq. They work very well and will last a couple of years again. Really wish I could purchase the newer style to replace these. Great bbq and would buy a new version. Uk customer service was poor.

Amazing grill grates
I don't have Charbroil BBQ, however I used to have one, and it was great.
I replaced the original grill grates on my gas BBQ with the charbroil ones, and my bbq's performance has been enhanced beyond belief.
It takes half the time to heat up compared to before, no flare ups, and the grates become so hot that you can sear easily.
The temperature reaches to 300 degrees Celsius.
And the one on the searer reaches 550.
The only regret I have is not having it done sooner.

Hi, can you advise when this is likely to come into stock or can I can purchase elsewhere. BBQ is around 3 year old, it has been covered at all times when not in use however this tray has completed disintegrated, is this the normal lifespan?Thanks.

Are the grates on this model porcelain coated or not? I see conflicting specifications on various websites. Also which way up do the grates go? Flat side up or down? Thanks

down.

What is the dimensions of this plate? Will it fit your Advantage 445S BBQ? What is the delivery lead time

Char-Broil TRU-Infrared Advantage models 225; 345 and 445 are equipped with porcelain enameled steel grates. Here are porcelain enameled grate and emitter in one. For these models there are unfortunately no other grates as accessories/alternatives by us to have. The stainless steel emitter plates of the other models are not 1:1 the same in terms of width. Therefore they can not be used here.
